Zusammenfassung

Vertrauen ist ein wesentlicher Erfolgsfaktor für die effektive Zusammenarbeit in Organisationen. Während die vielen positiven Auswirkungen von Vertrauen in Organisationen vielfach untersucht wurden und Praktikern in der Regel einleuchten, bleibt die daraus resultierende Frage häufig noch unbeantwortet: Wie können Unternehmen das Vertrauen in der eigenen Organisation systematisch aufbauen? In diesem Kapitel beleuchten wir die aktive Entwicklung von Vertrauen in Unternehmen als eine zentrale Anforderung an erfolgreiche Organisationsentwicklung. Dazu erläutern wir zunächst die Natur und Dynamik von Vertrauen in Unternehmen. Schließlich stellen wir zehn ausgewählte psychologische Einflussfaktoren auf die Entwicklung von Vertrauen vor und nennen jeweils beispielhafte Interventionen für die Vertrauensarbeit in Unternehmen. Dadurch sollen Organisationen befähigt werden, wirksame Schritte für die Entwicklung von Vertrauen abzuleiten.
