Zusammenfassung

Warmhärtende Klebstoffe bieten bei ihrer Verarbeitung große Prozessvorteile gegenüber raumtemperaturhärtenden Systemen. Beim Kleben von Kunststoffen setzt ihnen die Temperaturempfindlichkeit der Substrate aber oft Grenzen. Als Lösung empfehlen sich niedertemperaturhärtende Klebstoffe auf Basis von modifizierten Polycarbaminderivaten (mCD) und speziell modifizierte Epoxidharze, die sich zunehmend neue Einsatzfelder in Branchen wie der Elektronik oder Mikroelektronik erschließen.
