Führungskommunikation und virtuelle Führung – Bedeutung für die Tourismusbranche

Zusammenfassung

Kommunikationsstile als die Art und Weise, wie Menschen interagieren, beeinflussen den Erfolg im beruflichen Alltag. Fokussiert auf den Führungskontext werden daher erfolgsrelevante Kommunikationsstile herausgearbeitet und auf virtuelle Führung bezogen. Da Führung auf Distanz in der Tourismusbranche häufig den Standard darstellt, werden Besonderheiten virtueller Führung beschrieben. In einem Praxisbeispiel wird eine beispielhafte Lösung von realen Herausforderungen in der Kommunikation mit dezentralen Teams aufgezeigt und es wird herausgearbeitet, wie Künstliche Intelligenz zur Kommunikationsanalyse völlig neue Ansatzpunkte zum Verständnis und zur Verbesserung der Führungskommunikation entstehen lassen könnte.
