Hydrophilic Rubber Based on Butadiene–Nitrile Rubber and Phytogenic Powdered Cellulose

Abstract

It has been determined that introducing powdered cellulose obtained from oat straw by the chemomechano-destruction method in the composition of rubbers increases the tensile strength of vulcanizates as compared with samples that do not contain this filler. It was found that the pH of water medium and degree of mineralization influence on the degree of swelling of rubbers containing powdered cellulose from oat straw negligibly.
