Abstract

In Chap. 4, I described the use of magnetic ratcheting system. Nonetheless, the platform does not allow continuous enrichment of MTB over-producers in a long-term sterile condition. In this chapter, I detail the development of a magnetic microfluidic system that can overcome the limitations of magnetic ratcheting system.
