Wie viel Entrepreneur steckt im Intrapreneur? Eine theoretische Betrachtung

Zusammenfassung

Über die Persönlichkeitsmerkmale von Intrapreneuren, also Entrepreneuren innerhalb von etablierten Unternehmensstrukturen, existieren nur wenige empirische Erkenntnisse. Auf Basis von typischen Eigenschaften, die Entrepreneuren zugeschrieben werden, nämlich die „Big Five“ Persönlichkeitsmerkmale – Offenheit für Erfahrungen, Gewissenhaftigkeit, Geselligkeit, Verträglichkeit und emotionale Stabilität – Leistungsmotivation, Optimismus, übersteigertes Selbstvertrauen, Proaktivität, Risikobereitschaft, Kontrollüberzeugung, Selbstwirksamkeit, Innovationsfähigkeit und Unabhängigkeitsstreben, diskutiert dieser Beitrag, inwieweit diese auch auf Intrapreneure zutreffen sollten oder nicht.
