Abstract

Statistical data on the consumption of nonwoven materials for the period of the COVID-19 pandemic are analyzed. A review of scientific research in the field of reuse of recycled nonwoven polymeric materials has been carried out and the potential for their use as a reinforcing filler of polymer composite materials used in the manufacture and repair of machines has been considered. Ways of solving the problems of accumulation of nonwoven polymer materials waste in the environment are described.
