Abstract

Ni4Mo and Ni3Mo alloys subjected to different modes of heat treatment are studied by the methods of electron diffraction and x-ray electron spectroscopy. The temperature ranges of the occurrence of the processes of layering and ordering are determined. The structural states of the alloys undergoing ordering and layering are deciphered.
