An Oil-Resistant Liner Composition Based on Unsaturated Rubber and Chloride-Containing Epoxy Oligomer

Abstract

The properties of a liner composition based on unsaturated rubber and chlorine-containing epoxy oligomer were studied. The mechanism of hardening of the liner composition is given. The compatibility of the components of the liner composition with transformer oil was studied. The mechanical characteristics, swelling in transformer oil, glass-transition temperature, and bonding strength of the liner composition deposited on a rubber–fabric substrate with a highly filled polymer composition at various temperatures were determined.
