Automated Dosing Equipment for Triplex Production by the Pouring Method

Abstract

For the technology of triplex production using the pouring method, a device for preparing multicomponent polymer compositions with an automated pouring unit is proposed. The principle of constructing a device based on pneumoelectronic liquid dispensers with time-controlled dose measurement is considered. Preset ratio of flow rates of the components to be mixed is provided by installing throttle washers in the output channels of the component inlet pipes into the blender tank (BT). The device makes it possible to significantly simplify the composition of process equipment of component mixing unit, and glazing unit, equipped with a pneumatic two-position regulator of BT’s filling level, excludes the presence of small air bubbles in triplex.
