Zusammenfassung

In den einzelnen Kapiteln sind unterschiedliche Messmodelle vorgestellt worden. In diesem Kapitel stelle ich die jeweiligen Befragungsansätze vor. Ziel ist, dass vor allem Kundenbefragungen stärker auf validen Messmodellen aufgebaut werden, anstelle von willkürlichen Eigenkreationen.
