It is my honor and privilege to write you as the new Editor-in-Chief of Employee Responsibilities and Rights Journal (ERRJ). For many years, ERRJ has published high-quality articles that offer valuable insights and contributions to the field of employee relations. I am extremely humbled and excited by this opportunity, along with my greatest respect for those who have labored in this role before me. I would particularly like to thank Dr. Jack Howard, the outgoing Editor-in-Chief, for his extraordinary support and coaching during this transition. Dr. Howard’s leadership as Editor-in-Chief took place during the COVID-19 pandemic. His persistence and dedication during this challenging time have inspired me on a personal level. Dr. Victor Devinatz, the Editor for the Perspectives section of ERRJ, has been remarkably helpful during this transition as well. …
