Abstract

The results of determining the fiber–matrix adhesive strength by the method of pushing out a monofilament with an indenter for various grades of carbon fiber plastics have been presented. The factors influencing the correctness of obtaining experimental data have been considered. It has been shown that the fiber–matrix adhesive strength determined by this method can be considered as a size-independent quantity.
