Abstract

This paper is devoted to studying the noncollinear magnetic structures of charge-ordered manganites. The reasons for the formation of canted and perpendicular structures associated with the competition of orbital-dependent exchange in different crystallographic directions and the effect of single-ion anisotropy are considered. The mechanism of the formation of quasi-low-dimensional and strongly noncollinear magnetic structures is illustrated.
