Abstract

The article focuses on the stability analysis and optimization of a Cuk converter using a delayed impulse control algorithm inspired by spiking neural networks. Traditional control methods, such as PI and PID, are limited in handling the nonlinearity and load changes in DC converters. The proposed impulsive control algorithm addresses these issues by introducing time-delay effects and utilizing the ADT theory to maintain stability and achieve swift transient responses. The method is verified through numerical simulations and compared with PI and SM control, demonstrating superior performance. The study also highlights the potential applications in photovoltaic systems and other microgrid applications, offering a new perspective on DC converter control.
