Abstract

Der Markt für individuelle Mobilität – gemessen an den Personen-Kilometern – wird überwiegend durch Automobilnutzungen und den Automarkt dominiert. Trotz hoher Digitalisierung in vielen Dienstleistungs- und Handelsbereichen wird der Automobilvertrieb überwiegend durch physische Dienstleitungsanbieter – sprich das traditionelle Autohaus – abgedeckt. Um eine stärkere Ausrichtung auf digitale Konstrukte im Automobilvertrieb umzusetzen bedarf es neuer Produkt-Dienstleistungsbündel. Mit Subscription-Modellen, auch Auto-Abos genannt, gelingt es, diese Lücke zu schließen.
