How long is the validity period of a Springer Professional license?

If you purchase an individual license, the following regulation on duration applies: After the first year, you can cancel your license each month with 30 days notice and your membership will run until the end of the following month. Any amounts due to you as a result of the cancellation will be refunded. Any deviating durations of contract must be defined in a special license agreement. Otherwise, the General Terms and Conditions apply.

If, as a company, you purchase a multi-user license, the conditions stipulated in the contract and the General Terms and Conditions apply.

How can I cancel a license or free trial access?

Write a letter or an email to our Customer Service team. Confirmation will then follow shortly to your email address.

Is monthly billing possible?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to bill accounts monthly. But we are working on it. Until then, we will continue to bill customers annually in advance.
