Zusammenfassung

Der Aufsatz diskutiert die Bedeutung des organisationalen Feldes für die Implementierung von Handlungsgrenzen durch Ethik-Management in PR-Agenturen. Aus neo-institutionalistischer Perspektive wird hierbei auf die zentralen Akteure für Grenzsetzung geblickt und deren Rolle beschrieben. Hierbei wird auf empirische Befunde qualitativer Experteninterviews zurückgegriffen sowie auf Daten einer quantitativen Erhebung zur Verbreitung von Ethik-Management-Maßnahmen in den 100 umsatzstärksten deutschen PR-Agenturen sowie den Mitgliedsagenturen des Agenturverbands GPRA.
