Abstract

Based on compositions of silicon polyoxide (potassium “liquid glass”), polyaluminochromium phosphate and a copolymer of silicon oxide and silicon oxide modified with methyl and methoxy groups, reinforced composites were obtained (synthesis temperature T = 20–180°C) and used as a material for conical samples that were subjected to stability tests when exposed to high-enthalpy supersonic air flow with a speed pressure of 30 000 kgf/m2 at 800–900°C. It was shown that the geometry of test samples based on all three types of binders at T < 800°C does not change. The results obtained showed the possibility of using energy-saving and environmentally friendly technology for the formation of heat-resistant materials using recycled materials.
