Abstract

В этой статье применительно к автомобильному рынку России рассматривается теория фокуса регуляции по Хиггинсу, в частности – целенаправленное обеспечение ситуационного фокуса и мотивационная ориентация потребителя, позволяющая добиться поведения, необходимого для эффективного корпоративного управления. В статье демонстрируются практические способы достижения регуляторного совпадения (regulatory fit) средствами стратегического маркетинга, в частности – с помощью коммуникационного инструмента личных рекомендаций. Также уделяется внимание стратегическим соображениям и важности межкультурных особенностей.
