As the prevailing of internet applications, an automatic interactive feedback facility provided in a website should make it more attractive. There are still some problems for computers to understand the natural language used by people especially for the Chinese language. First, Chinese language has no space to segment the lexical entry. Therefore, the segmentation method of Chinese Language is more difficult than English. Second, the lack of complete grammar for Chinese language makes the parser more difficult and complicated. The difficulty could be solved by building an automatic Chinese feedback system for special application domains. In this paper, an interactive method is proposed to parse and understand the Chinese language. This method utilizes a specific lexical database according to the particular application. In this way, an automatic Chinese interactive feedback system for special domain application is built and also improved the response time and accuracy.
