Each paper has been peer-reviewed by at least 2 program committee members and selected by the volume editor Prof.Wu.

Several conference proceedings have been infiltrated by fake submissions generated by the SCIgen computer program. Due to the fictional content the chapter chapter “Decoupling Randomized Algorithms from Robots in the Partition Table” by “Tian Zhuo and LiBai Cheng” has been retracted by the publisher. Measures are being taken to avoid similar breaches in the future.

Lossless Data Compression Based on Network Dictionaries

In existing Dictionary-based compression methods, the dictionaries, whether Static or dynamically generated, are all in the local. Lossless data compression Based on Network Dictionary, proposed in this article, stores various types of dictionaries in the dedicated server, and compresses by means of full direct compression or Block Compression. It’s ideal compression efficiency close to 100%. Compared with the existing compression algorithms, the time cost for compressing in this method mainly depends on network speed and matching algorithm. With the continuous growth of network speed and the continuous improvement of matching algorithm, this method will bring a revolutionary change in the history of compression.

The Characters of Multiple Affine Quarternary Frames with Quarternary Filter Functions

Frames have become the field of active research, both in theory and in applications. In the work, the notion of quarter- nary affine pseudoframes is introduced and the notion of a quart-ernary generalized multiresolution structure (GMRS) is introduced. An approach for designing one GMRS of Paley-Wiener subspaces of

) is provided. The sufficient condition for the existence of a sort of affine pseudoframes with filter banks is obtained by virtue of a generalized multiresolution structure. The pyramid decomposition scheme is obtained based on such a generalized multiresolution structure. A method for designing a sort of affine quarternary dual frames in four-imensional space is proposed.

A Flame Apex Angle Recognition Arithmetic Based on Chain Code

The article presents a new arithmetic which uses chain code to recognize fire flame’s apex angles in fire detection processing. It applies a concept of custom slip window and defines flame’s apex angle acutance index to estimate apex angle’s type which could be I type or II type. This method also presents mathematics model and theory deduction and defines relative height parameter as the criterion of apex angles. The recognition method based on chain code is good at inflexion location with a higher speed and better anti-yawp capability rather than traditional method.

Intelligent Assessment System of Mechanical Drawing Job Based on Entity Comparison

Proceeding from the reality of current college mechanical drawing teaching, this paper developed a assessment system software of mechanical drawing based on AutoCAD. General requirement is analyzed, design of typical function module is discussed and system simulation result is given in this paper. The experiment results show that, through parametric and modular design and using of entity comparison method, it can be a good mechanical drawing implementation of intelligence adjudication. The use of software system will greatly enhance the efficiency of learning mechanical drawing.

Closed Sequential Pattern Mining Algorithm Based Positional Data

This paper proposed a new closed sequential pattern mining algorithm.The algorithm used a list of positional data to reserve the information of item ordering. By using these positional data, we developed two main pruning techniques, backward super-pattern condition and same positional data condition. To ensure correct and compact resulted lattice, we also manipulated some special conditions. From the experimental results, our algorithm outperforms CloSpan in the cases of moderately large datasets and low support threshold.

The Design of Linux-Based E-Mail System

The rapid development of the computer networks has been making a great influence in many fields of human society. Among a great many networks operating systems, Linux is obtaining more and more attention from people by its excellent behavior. The task is to develop an e-mail system based on a lan with Linux as its operating system. This article includes two parts. In part one; we will make an introduction to Linux operating system and the network programming environment in Linux. In particular, the BSD socket functions are analyzed in great detail, for they will be used in later programming work. In part two, we present the implementation of our mail system, from whole designing to detail designing, and the C program source files written by me is attached to the end of this article.

Risk Evaluation of Enterprise Informatization Based on the Unascertained Method

As enterprise’s informatization is a long and complicated process, it is necessary to make a risk assessment before doing the action of informatization. With the unascertained theory, this paper made a qualitative and quantitative analysis about the risk factors of enterprise informatization process. According to the enterprise informatization risk management of diamond model, it extracted comprehensive measures for information risk evaluation and made the risk evaluation. Through the unascertained theory in the risk assessment the paper made a quantitative evaluation about the index which is difficult to quantify. And it also provides feasible risk assessment methods for the implementation of enterprise’s informatization.

The Study on the Risk of Local Treasury Bonds Based on New Institutional Economics

Local Treasury Bonds refer to the bonds issued by the local public institution of the local government that has financial revenue in a country. In order to stimulate the economic development, our country issued 200 billion Local Treasury Bonds in 2009. But in the issuing process of Local Treasury Bonds, it’s inevitable to encounter various risks. In terms of New Institutional Economics, this article analyzes various issuing risks faced by Local Treasury Bonds and proposes countermeasures that control the issuing risks of Local Treasury Bonds, hoping to provide reference for risk management research on our country’s Local Treasury Bonds.

Automatic Metadata Extraction for Educational Resources Based on Citation Chain

This paper proposes an approach to automatically extract metadata from educational resources using citation chain. Tracing the cited relationship between literatures, utilizing pattern matching algorithm to determine the most appropriate pattern for resolution, taking advantage of preorder traversal algorithm to query literature one by one, the metadata of educational resources, which are cited by others, can be extracted automatically. The experimental results show that the approach we proposed is fast, efficient in metadata auto-extracting for educational resources.

The Application of Binary Tree-Based Fuzzy SVM Multi-classification Algorithm to Fault Diagnosis on Modern Marine Main Engine Cooling System

Support Vector Machine (SVM) is widely applied to fault diagnosis of machines. However, this classification method has some weaknesses. For example, it can not separate fuzzy information, is particularly sensitive to the interference and the isolated points of the training sample, and has great demand for memory in calculation. In view of the problems mentioned above, a binary tree-based fuzzy SVM multi-classification algorithm (BTFSVM) has been put forward. This paper focuses on the study of the application of the intelligent theory BTFSVM to fault diagnosis on modern main engine cooling water system of ships. Simulation experiments show that the algorithm has strong anti-interference ability and good classification effects. Consideration can be made that it can be further applicable to the diagnosis on other mechanical faults of ships.

A Hybrid Evolutionary Algorithm Combining Ant Colony Optimization and Simulated Annealing

This paper has been proposed an approach based on ACO-SA algorithm for the multi-objective Distribution Feeder Reconfiguration. The simulation results have shown that global or close to global optimum solutions for the system losses, the voltage deviation was attained. Also, the proposed approach minimizes the number of switching operations. The proposed method is independent on the initial status of network switches. The ACO-SA is a combination of two powerful optimization algorithms: Ant Colony Optimization and Simulated Optimization.

The Study on Nano-Electromechanical Transistors Using Atomic Layer Deposition

The process presented here is CMOS compatible just , but low-temperature, thus residual stress effects have no significant influence on device performance, furthermore the process is unique in its ability to create n-terminal devices with n-different gap heights, with 3-terminal device having 2 different gap heights presented here. The process is relatively simple, allowing for the fabrication of embedded electrodes, and associated sacrificial layers with one e-beam write, RIE step, deposition step, and lift-off per electrode. The NEMS transistors introduced here represent the fundamental building blocks of nano-mechanical logic devices and subsequent computing architectures. The development of the devices reported here immediately allows for the creation of mechanical logic gates, because fundamental logic gates, analogous to CMOS inverters, can be constructed by combining complimentary biased 3-terminal switches.

Preference Survey and System Design on Mobile Q&A for Junior High School Students

This study conducts an investigation on the case for junior high school. Based on the investigation results, the paper analyzes sources and types of the Q&A items, designs a unique Q&A system and working process for junior high school students. The System is characterized by “Time Recognition” and “Learning Link Recognition”, which are doing good to personal teaching, self-learning and inquiry-based learning. Then, implement the system with the resources from a unit of history as an example, and expatiate on a number of key problems.

Study on Professional Managers Cultivation of the Farmers’ Specialized Cooperatives

With the rapid development of the Farmers’ Specialized Cooperatives, urgently need the professional managers with high-quality and high management ability. The professional managers’ lack of the Farmers’ Specialized Cooperatives will reduce core competence of enterprise and affect its development rate. Current academic research on this is less, and there is no standard training model of the professional managers for the Farmers’ Specialized Cooperatives. A Robotic Manipulator with Parallelogram Hinged Electromechanical System

In this paper, the nonlinear vibration of the of robotic manipulator with parallelogram hinged mechanism is studied. The relation between the nonlinear vibration of the system and the parameters of the system is obtained. The studies show that the nonlinear resonance of the system are not only related to the structure parameters of the robotic manipulator, but also to the rotational frequency of rotor and the rotating field frequency of stator of the controllable motor, and that under certain conditions, there exist internal resonance, super-harmonic resonance, 1/2-order sub-harmonic resonance, 1/3-order sub-harmonic resonance, combination resonance, and multiple resonance.

Intelligent Acquisition Modeling Based on Intelligent Information Push-Pull Technology

Due to distribution and internal complexity of the issue, one of the key problems in Multi-Agents Communication. Sub-Acquisition need to communicate, so that they can mutually exchange information, or coordination or collaboration to complete tasks in order to achieve the purpose of solving. The introduction of Intelligent information push and pull technology can improve the intelligence level of network and database. It can find a fundamental solution to the problems encountered during these technology applications. The main advantages of Information Pull technology are: better targeted, light source task. Its shortcomings are as follows: poor timeliness.It require the user to have a certain expertise. In order to solve these Pull technology problems, information push technology has come into being.

Cloud Model and Ant Colony Optimization Based QoS Routing Algorithm for Wireless Sensor Networks

This paper presents CMACRO (Cloud Model and Multiple Ant Colonies Optimization based Routing), a new cross-layer QoS routing algorithm for wireless sensor networks. Basing on the principle of cross-layer design, the algorithm adapts delay, nodes’ load and link quality as QoS metrics, and provides differentiated services for real time event-driven data streams and delay-tolerant periodic sampling data. The QoS routing metrics are regarded as heuristics correction factors in ant colony algorithm (ACA). The ants are divided into a number of different populations. Through the interaction of pheromone between multi populations, the routing algorithm searches for the feasible paths in parallel and updates the pheromone in time. To overcome the slow convergence of ant colony algorithm, improvements to control the randomness of the ants via cloud model are proposed. The simulation results demonstrate that the routing algorithm can guarantee the real time, reliability and robustness of wireless sensor networks. It can also achieve the network load balancing and congestion control mechanism.

The Research of Network Information Service Platform Based on Affective Computing

Affective computing is integrated on artificial emotions and intelligent computing. It attempts to recognize and synthesize human emotion to make intelligent response system. The research of affective computing is primarily involved in artificial emotion and artificial digital technology of cognition and consciousness. This paper introduces the background of affective information processing and discusses its main research branches and status. Based on affective computing and network technology, it proposes the realization method and key technology of the network service platform model. The system can solve the interactive problem of communication between users and machine effectively. At last, it presents some scientific problems waiting to be resolved in the future and proposes some suggestions.

Measuring Situation Awareness in Computer Mediated Discussion

Situation awareness is an important factor in successful computer mediated group discussion, yet the related metrics have been lacking. To fill in that gap, we propose 13 metrics from 3 aspects to systematically reflect discussion situation using hierarchical discussion as an example. This research can be considered as the first attempt to answer what a fully understanding of discussion situation is and how to measure it.

Study on the Link of Mathematics Teachings between University and Middle School

With the social progress and development of science and technology, mathematics is used more and more widely, which has penetrated into the various disciplines. Mathematics education has been paid attention much more in various fields. Therefore, improving the quality of teaching mathematics education becomes very important. In this paper, firstly, the problems for the convergence of middle school mathematics and college mathematics are analyzed, and then summarizing the differences between middle school mathematics and college mathematics in teaching methods, learning methods and teaching contents. In order to solve these problems and differences, the measures and proposals are proposed in this paper to link up middle school mathematics and college mathematics better.

Unascertained Measure Model for Water Quality Evaluation Based on Distinguish Weight

Traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for determining the index weights has its one-sidedness and the evaluations results sometimes do not reflect the water quality with high accuracy. With the unascertained comprehensive evaluation model, the paper conducts the analysis of the Yangtze River water quality in the past two years. The distinguish weight is defined firstly, and then unascertained measure comprehensive evaluation model for water quality based on distinguish weight is established. The result combines a variety of pollution index and shows reasonable assessment on water quality at the observation sites.

Short-Term Wind Speed Prediction Model of LS-SVM Based on Genetic Algorithm

According to nonlinear feature of various factors related to wind speed, the method of least squares support vector machine (LS-SVM) for short-term wind speed prediction was put forward in this paper. The influence of parameters selection of LS-SVM on prediction accuracy was analyzed. The genetic algorithm was adopted to realize parameters optimization of LS-SVM and establish short-term wind speed prediction model of LS-SVM based on Genetic Algorithm. It was verified that the method proposed in this paper can quickly and effectively carry on short-term wind speed prediction by simulation example.

Research on Teaching Reform of Computer Basic Course in Colleges and Universities

According to the changes of teaching status and students’ learning of computer basic courses, this paper analyze the current problems which exist in the teaching of computer basic courses in detail. Combined with the practice of the course, we propose a teaching method as “teacher guiding, students autonomous learning, test-based learning as a means, testing system and teaching website as assistance” to adapt the development trend of computer education and to meet the needs of personnel training and students’ independent development. It provides a reference for improving the teaching quality and effect and training some independent talent.

Application of MATLAB in Teaching of High Frequency Circuits

This article is discussed the application of MATLAB software in the course of High Frequency Circuits in detail. Taking the typical circuit of analog modulation as an example, the utilization of MATLAB GUI simulation is expounded and the results are given. Teaching practice shows that by means of the application of MATLAB as the computer-assisted teaching, the learning interest of students and the teaching effects are improved greatly in the course of High Frequency Circuits and the classroom atmosphere is more active.

Distributed Architecture of Object Naming Service

The Object Naming Service (ONS) is a core resolving service of the EPCglobal Network. The function of ONS is the address retrieval of manufacturer information services for a Electronic Product Code (EPC) identifier which is stored on the RFID tag and is read by the RFID reader. This allows dynamic and globally distributed information sharing for items equipped with RFID tags compatible to EPCglobal standards. But, unlike in the DNS system, there is only one ONS Root, and the ONS Root can be controlled or blocked by a single company or a country. The EPCglobal Network is a future global business infrastructure, and it is immoderate that one country or company controls the items information all over the world. In this paper, we propose a new ONS architecture called Distributed ONS, which is distributed Object Naming Service.

Genetic Algorithm Solves the Optimal Path Problem

In view of the solution of optimal path in network transport, the paper uses the basic principle of genetic algorithm to carry on the choice, overlapping and the variation. After the operation of the variation, the new individual variation should be recalculated to determine the fitness of individual choice in order to enhance the astringency of the algorithm. And through a mathematical model simulation experiment, it has some theoretical and practical value.

The Strategic Significance of Bilingual Teaching in Higher Education Reform and Development in China

Chinese higher education is facing a serious crisis. Bilingual Education plays an important role in Chinese Higher Education Reform. This paper expound the background and essence of bilingual teaching and learning, then discusses the purposes of strategic objectives about the bilingual teaching in Chinese higher education, namely: cure ills of higher education and the promotion of higher education development; make China into the world, let the world understand China; the world personnel training, and promoting world harmony and progress. The Phenomena and Applications of Light Dispersion

The article formulates the essence of the light dispersion phenomena in the classical theory view, and discusses the theory and experiments of the method of minimum deviation angle to measure the prism glass refraction. A empirical formula of deviation angle and the angle of incidence has been presented, and the formula can be used to find the exit light quickly and the emitted law of the exit light. It has provided theoretic foundation to accurately determine the position of minimum deviation angle. At last the author introduces the dispersion of light in the practical application.

A New Approach for Color Text Segmentation Based on Rough-Set Theory

In order to solve segment text accurately and robustly from a complex background, a new algorithm for text segmentation in images based on rough-set theory is presented in this paper. The histon is an encrustation of histogram such that the elements in the histon are the set of all the pixels that can be classified as possibly belonging to the same segment. In rough-set theoretic sense, the histogram correlates with the lower approximation and the histon correlates with upper approximation. The roughness measure at every intensity level is calculated and then a thresholding method is applied for text segmentation. The proposed approach is compared with the histogram-based approach and the histon based approach. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed approach obtained satisfactory results.

Online Path Planning for UAV Navigation Based on Quantum Particle Swarm Optimization

With regard to modern warfare, the environmental information is changing and it’s difficult to obtain the global environmental information in advance, so real-time flight route planning capabilities of unmanned aero vehicles (UAV) is required. Quantum Particle Swarm Optimization (QPSO) is introduced to solve this optimization problem. Meanwhile, According to the threats distribution of terrain obstacles, adversarial defense radar sites and unexpected surface-to-air missile (SAM) sites, Surface of Minimum Risk (SMR) is introduced and used to form the searching space. The objective function for the proposed QPSO is to minimizing traveling time and distance, while exceeding a minimum pre-defined turning radius, without collision with any obstacle in the flying workspace. Quadrinomial and quintic polynomials are used to approach the horizon projection of the 3-D route and this simplifies the original problem to a two dimension optimization problem, thus the complexity of the optimization problem is decreased, efficiency is improved. The simulation results show that this method can meet online path planning.

Research and Practice of Teaching Reform of Applied Compound Talents Cultivation System of Environmental Management of the Local University A Case Study of Wenzhou University

Based on the analysis of the market’s demand for environmental management talents, the paper explores the cultivation target, curriculum system, educational reform means to improve talents’ knowledge and ability for a teaching reform case study of Wenzhou University. The enthusiasm, independency and ability of students were improved through reform. Significant good effects have been obtained in our reform exploration of environmental management.

Teaching Reform in the Course of Communication Principles

Aiming at improving student learning ability and accelerating the teaching reform, this paper research the difficulty problems in teaching of Communication Principles. Combining with the experiences in our teaching practice on the courses, we put forward some novel opinions of teaching reform involving the selection of textbook, methods of teaching, arrangements of class structure and so on. Teaching practice shows that the learning interest of students and the teaching effects are improved greatly after the teaching reform.

The Computer Calculation of Contact Stress of High Order Contact Surfaces and Gearing

At the first, the theoretical basis and calculation formulas have been deduced in this thesis, based on the derivative geometry and the theories of gear meshing. So that the surfaces of the two conjugate teeth have the order of contact as higher as possible. Than, three methods (polynomial, involutes, revision of 2nd order derivative) have been devised and used in the configuration of the profile of the basic rake with high order of contact. An Adaptive Immune Genetic Algorithm and Its Application

To avoid premature and guarantee the diversity of the population, an adaptive immune genetic algorithm(AIGA) is proposed to solve these problems. In this method, the AIGA flow structure is presented via combining the immune regulating mechanism and the genetic algorithm. Experimental results showed that the proposed AIGA can rise above efficiently such difficulties of SGA as precocious convergence and poor local search ability and provide well the global converging ability to enhance both global convergency and convergence rate, thus solving effectively the flexible job-shop scheduling problem (FJSP).

Study on Structural Instability of Large Crawler Crane Boom Structure

Taking a certain large crawler crane boom as research object, the local buckling critical load is calculated by finite element analysis, and a full-range analysis for the boom structure is conducted. The analysis method of boom structure instability propagation process is established, and the true load response of actual structure is reconstructed. The results show that the dynamic effect is obvious after the occurrence of local instability accompanied with dynamic hopping. The research results of this paper have certain reference value to make measures for preventing the instability propagation, and also have guiding significance for the large boom structure design.

A Hash-Chain Based Anonymous Incentive Mechanism for Mobile Ad Hoc Networks

In the routing protocols for mobile ad hoc networks (MANETs), both route setup and data transfer rely on the collaboration of participant nodes. The existing node incentive mechanisms for MANETs do not consider the privacy protection of the participant nodes; therefore, they cannot be applied to the network environments with high privacy protection requirements. This paper proposes an anonymous incentive mechanism (AIM) by introducing the hash-chain based micro-payment mechanism to the DSR protocol. The proposed mechanism realizes the real-time stimulation to the participant nodes while preserving their anonymities in the routing. In contrast to the existing incentive mechanisms in MANETs, AIM protects the anonymity of nodes with reasonable overheads, and can withstand the common security attacks in the process of routing.

Unsupervised Texture Segmentation Based on Redundant Wavelet Transform

The algorithm of Redundant Wavelet Transform (RWT) and laws texture measurement is proposed and applied to image segmentation. Based on the characteristics of the indentation images, this article uses texture features to extract the indentation silhouette from the point view of texture segmentation. We adopt Redundant Wavelet Transform and laws texture measurement algorithm to describe the texture characteristics of the indentation image, forming a n-dimensional feature vector, introducing texture features smoothing algorithm based on quadrant to smooth the features. Finally we combine with the improved k-means clustering algorithm to get texture segmentation result. The experiment demonstrates that in the material Vickers hardness image segmentation the proposed algorithm was significantly effective and robust.

A Comprehensive and Efficient NAT Traversal Scheme on SIP Signaling

Due to the characteristics of SIP protocol, various NAT network has become a stumbling block for the extensive application on SIP. However, several existing NAT traversal solutions are not suitable for all the NAT networks, or some solutions significantly affect the instantaneity during the interaction of SIP, which is due to that they either need us to modify the existing equipments in the network, or have limitations on their practical application. Therefore, according to the features of SIP protocol and various traversal protocols, this paper proposes a comprehensive and efficient traversal method. It is based on extension protocol of SIP, STUN protocol, and TURN protocol. In detail, this method applies the extension protocol of SIP to the traversal of SIP signaling. For streaming media in asymmetric NAT network, it uses STUN protocol. What’s more, TURN protocol is adopted for the traversal of streaming media in symmetric network. Practice has proved that the SIP soft-phone integrated with this method traverses all kinds of network.

Coverage control is an effective method to alleviate the energy-limitation problem of sensor nodes in wireless sensor networks. Most of current researches were based on geometry calculation of binary sense model which is limited and inaccurate in practical application. Aiming at the problem, this paper adopts the probability sense model, puts forward a new coverage control algorithm (PSMC), which takes energy efficiency as important index. The probability sense model describes the coverage control more accurately. Simulation shows PSMC algorithm can shut down a large number of redundant nodes and extend effectively network lifetime while coverage ability does not reduce.

In this research, we try to adopt CBR technique in mineral resources prediction. A model for mineral resources prediction is proposed in this paper, which can support the processes of case-based reasoning in mineral resources prediction such as case representation, indexing, retrieving and case revising. It mainly includes Feature tree and FSM algorithm and it is different from traditional model. At last, an experiment of iron resources prediction is performed in Eastern Kunlun Mountains, China. At the background of water diversion project from the Yangtze River to Taihu Lake, the experiment of diverting water from Taipu River was implemented from March 22 to April 7 in 2006. Correlation degrees of the whole diverting water period are higher than that of the two different diverting water period for the reason that data of normal diverting water period which from April 5 to 7 is included in calculating correlation degrees during the whole diverting period. Meanwhile, all the correlation degrees except TP during the sluice-supply water period are higher than that during the pump-supply water period. It shows that pump-supply water had more obvious influence to the correlation degrees for the reason that there are more releasing water during pump-supply water period than sluice-supply water period. Furthermore, correlation degrees of the three branches upper Huangpu River are also calculated respectively. The results show that the correlation degrees of Xiaziwei and Sanjiaodu have the similar chang trend except the correlation degrees of NH

Virtual Noise and Variable Dimension Kalman Filter for Maneuvering Target Tracking

For the non-maneuvering target, the trajectory can be predicted with the standard Kalman filtering model based on its precise mathematical model. But when the target is in motion, it is unrealistic to describe the state of the target accurately and it is difficult for the standard Kalman filtering algorithm to predict its trajectory effectively. Therefore a virtual noise & vary dimension Kalman filtering model (VN + VD model) is proposed in this paper for the maneuvering target tracking. VN + VD Kalman Filtering Model can track non-maneuvering or slight-maneuvering target by reflecting the changes of target maneuvering on the virtual noise with the low-dimensional model; and track maneuvering target with the high-dimensional model. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the algorithm.

Evaluation of Cultivated Land Productivity of Wanyuan County, Sichuan Province Using GIS

The objectives of the current study are to determine the factors impacting cultivated land productivity and to illustrate the spatial distribution pattern of cultivated land productivity using GIS. Landform information (slope and topographical position), soil physical and chemical properties (effective soil depth, organic matter, parent materials, texture, pH, total nitrogen, available phosphorus, available potassium, and drainage capacity), and cropping system were selected to assess the cultivated land productivity using Delphi technique. The weight of each index was determined by AHP approach. The results showed that about 60.21% of the study area was classified as third level followed by 28.5% of the total area as forth level, located in northwestern and southern Wanyuan, respectively. The highly productivity cultivated land is mainly distributed in valley with slope of less than 15° in Wanyuan county.

Today, water pollution and scarcity are global problems, which can lead the worldwide cause of deaths and diseases. In order to protect this serious problem, it is required to monitor the ecosystem in river and lake. So, we propose the cyberinfrastructure to support the limnologist’s research such as water quality analysis and lake ecosystem health assessment. The infrastructure that is KLEON (Korean Lake Ecological Observatory Network) is designed for limnologist to evaluate the lake ecosystem health by using the observation data with the lake ecological modeling such as CE-QUAL-W2. The KLEON includes the installation of sensors, observatory information management about sensors and sampling sites, and observation data management.

In this paper, we focus on the observatory information management to effectively handle the attributes of the installed sensors and the condition of sampling sites, because observation data is affected by the status of sensors and the condition around sampling sites. The observatory management module deals with the information of lake, dam, floodgate, weather, and observation site. This information is necessary for an ecologist to understand the sensor and the sampling data by comparing the observation with the condition of observatory.

This method provides suitable services according to the change of situation in real world by combining vehicle management and sensor data monitoring. This MQLR is processed in a LBS system includes the moving object management module for tracking moving vehicle and the sensor monitoring module for detecting a phenomenon such as dust pollution.

The result indicates that the tidal force of celestial bodies has a triggering effect on the activity of the tectonic. The temperature abnormal increase can clearly reflect the procession of the seismic fault activity: initial temperature rise →Abnormally warming →return to baseline. Microseism of this study show that the temperature anomalies in the micro-earthquakes are also a clear reflection of the process of gravitational effect microseism obviously. It is not only the abnormal warming, it is an earthquake-strong evidence of thermal anomalies, also for the use of remotesensing of earthquake prediction methods.

Development of Control System for Plug-in HEV

Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (Plug-in HEV) is one of the solutions for the Energy and Environment problems around the world. Hybrid vehicle traction applications require compact power modules with high reliability. Plug-in HEV use two energy sources for their propelling. Plug-in HEV fuel economy and drivability performance are very sensitive to the “Energy Management” controller that regulates power flow among the various energy sources and sinks. In this paper, the procedure for the design of a Plug-in HEV Control Unit (HCU) Controller was presented. The high performance of controller is introduced. Moreover, the Plug-in HEV system equipped the developed controller based on MPC566 is taken a road test. Test results show that not only CAN communication is reliable and accurate, but also controller can effectively harmonize the task distribution among all ECUs of a Drivetrain assemblies with the real-time control improved greatly for control system.
