1.
In the ‘The New Normal’ section, third paragraph, sentence three reads: “Free, prior and informed consent (FPIC) and self-determination are universal human rights that mean little to Facebook consumers since the psychological cost is unknown and residual to the social network experience.” The sentence should read: “Self-determination is a universal human right that mean little to Facebook consumers since the psychological cost is unknown and residual to the social network experience.”

2.
In the ‘Political Rights’ section, sentence four reads: “All that is needed is for privacy—a human right demanded in the form of FPIC—to be violated [9].” The sentence should read: “All that is needed is for privacy—a human right—to be violated [9].”

3.
In the ‘Conclusions’ section, first paragraph, sentence two reads: “Free, prior and informed consent without truly being informed opens a Pandora’s box.” The sentence should read: “Informed consent without truly being informed opens a Pandora’s box.”

4.
In the ‘Conclusions’ section, sixth paragraph, sentence three reads: “If modern technology is harnessed to take information from an individual without FPIC, such data collecting is a violation of the rights to privacy and expression.” The sentence should read: “If modern technology is harnessed to take information from an individual without informed consent, such data collecting is a violation of the rights to privacy and expression.”
