Zusammenfassung

Wie wird „Unternehmens- oder Wirtschaftsethik“ umgesetzt, wie kann sie implementiert werden? Normalerweise entstammen ethische Fragen aus verschiedenen Bereichen der Organisation. Ein „ethischer“ Führungsansatz muss sich daher mit diesen „Bausteine“ auseinandersetzen. Die dazu nötigen Schritte umfassen in der Regel auch, dass sich der Fokus weg vom Shareholder-Management hin zum Stakeholder-Management ändern muss. Organisationen können hier keine Nabelschau betreiben; der Blick richtet sich nich nur nach innen, sondern auf das gesamte Umfeld („Stichwort „Corporate Citizenship“) und auf die Einhaltung ethischer Kriterien entlang der gesamten Lieferkette.
