Establishment of the Personal Credit System in the Network Environment

Personal credit system means some intermediary bodies assemble personal credit, reputation and morality together which scattering in different finical institutions and other social organizations. They will process and storage them and form a relevant real personal credit file database. Through e-network transmit, it can provide service to kinds of departments for knowing the personal reputation, asset, tax-payment, morality and so on. The personal credit system construction for our own country is still in a primary level. Therefore we are urging to establish a complete personal credit system and win a positive position for the future competition. This paper will analysis and make a comparison for each country’s personal credit system. According to our national conditions, I try to explore a suitable way to establish personal credit system.
