The Rapid Tech trade show will be taking place in Erfurt (Germany) on June 25 to 27, together with the associated FabCon 3.D event. Spread over 3000 m², Rapid Tech will offer a platform for sharing information and networking for generative manufacturing in Europe. The focus will be on the latest developments in rapid prototyping, the production of end products through the use of additive manufacturing, the transfer of technology into series production as well as the challenges this brings with regard to standards and regulatory frameworks. Three specialist subject areas have been added to the convention program for 2019: plastics, software and processes, as well as standardization and occupational safety. The organizers are expecting more than 4800 visitors and over 200 exhibitors.
