Abstract

Established at Northeastern University, Shenyang, China in 1991, the history of e Neusoft can be traced back to 1988, when Dr. Jiren Liu from Northeastern University worked with two other colleagues to set up a computer software and network engineering research lab with 30,000 RMB and three computers.
