As global and regional integration move forward, it has become imperative for firms to be both innovative and sustainable when setting up operations in new countries and markets. The AIB-LAT book series presents some research findings and theoretical developments in the International Business (IB) field, with special emphasis on studies dealing with the issues of internationalization, innovation and/or sustainability in Latin America. We hope that the chapters of this book will further readers’ understanding of how business enterprises from and in Latin America strive to create and implement sustainable and innovative solutions while developing their international operations.
