In the paper, we try to incorporate ontologies into information systems. In the classic information systems, there is a lack of semantics explaining meaning of data. Semantics enables us to extract some new and valuable knowledge which can be used in data analysis, rule generation, reasoning, etc. In order to cover the meaning of data, information systems over ontological graphs are defined. Next, some important relations between attribute values in such systems are investigated and an exemplary benefit of the proposed approach is briefly described.
