Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of economic and legal issues related to the revolutionary processes taking place in the world economy, including in the field of fuel and energy, and the application of digital technologies in this sphere. The formation of approaches to the definition of non-standard contractual structures is directly dependent on the impact of the energy transition on public relations. In this regard, urgent measures are required to create an effective legal framework for the use of digital technologies for remote energy trading, and to promote the development of distributed energy in general. Of particular importance in this context is the emerging cryptocurrency market, whose legal regulation at the state level has an initial, non-systemic character.
