Abstract

Renewable energy sources are alternative sources playing an important role in the generation of power in order to satisfy the huge requirements of electricity by various utilities. This paper presents new modeling of MPPT controller for solar and winds integrated grid with solar irradiance and temperature as parameters. MPPT controller like P&O is used to derive the parameters like maximum power using a simulation model. Outputs obtained from MPPT controller are fed to DC-DC boost converter and then to the inverter to enhance maximum power as output from PV and wind system, and results are proposed through MATLAB/Simulink.
