Abstract

In recent years, China’s traditional retail enterprises are looking for transition, to develop the O2O e-commerce, but because of enterprise resources, capital and experience are inadequate in the transformation, caused the risk of transformation is high, and the enterprise innovation ability is insufficient, mode is single and lack of experience. Therefore, this paper put forward that traditional enterprises in the process of transformation need to improve their management service level, choose differentiation strategy integration channel and improve the consumer experience to realize the transformation of enterprises.
