Information industry, which is regarded as the third technology wave in human history is irreversible trend in the world. The information construction in rural area is crucial factor in pushing forward rural economy, even for agriculture, rural economy, and farmer. To identify the growth phase of information construction in rural area is essential to assessment the process above.
