Taking into account the requirements of individual differences and individuality development of students, this paper makes a hierarchically teaching goal and an open teaching content, realizes the open teaching of Micro-Computer Principle and Interface Technology through the multiplicative teaching forms of the class teaching, the second class activity and the network autonomous learning, which will fully satisfy the need of the individuality development of the students and will be good for individual training.
