Development of all-optical devices, i.e., the devices without an intermediate conversion into an electrical signal, for optical (D)WDM systems is a vital problem. Below we present the results of research and development of an optical demultiplexer that allows one to independently select spectral channels in the C and L spectral bands (1530 – 1625 nm). The device we consider here allows operation with information flows of 10 - 64 Gbit/s.
