Abstract

Semantic web research has largely concentrated on the representation of web-based knowledge and data, often in the form of ontologies. Only a minority of the research has explored the implementation of intelligent agents that can use the web-based knowledge. Even less research has generalized intelligent agent implementations into an architecture. Here, an implementation and architecture are described for a multi-agent decision-making system using available web-based data and information.
