At the end of January 2017, the Forum for Sustainability through Life Cycle Innovation (FSLCI) organized its first ever industry-focused workshop in Berlin, Germany. The workshop, titled “Circular Economy, Resource Efficiency, Life Cycle Innovation: Same objectives, same impacts?”, brought together representatives from various companies such as BASF, Evonik, Henkel, and Steelcase. Participants discussed which opportunities and challenges arise for the circular economy vision when discussed from a resource efficiency and life cycle innovation perspective.
