4. Crouching Tiger in a Transition Economy: Development of Huawei’s Operations in Poland

The chapter discusses Huawei’s presence in Poland, with the company becoming a key player in the smartphone market and a critical provider of supercomputing infrastructure, using various tools of theoretical analysis (including theories on non-market strategy and on the relationship between internationalization strategies and the institutional framework).
