Abstract
Galatians 6 presents guidelines of the value of employees helping each other but only to the point of not causing their failure as a result of helping too much. Galatians 6 includes the admonition to not brag about helping others but to focus on doing your work without the need for help. This teaching was in contrast to the then-present cultural concept of shame and honor. Galatians 6 implies that employees should not seek honor for self or infer shame on others.
