Modern information and communication technologies are leaving the company and the work place, and are entering everyday life in a fast pace [1, 2, 4]. As a consequence, new research fields emerge focusing on the design, evaluation, and implications of ICT based systems for social and urban life, the field of digital cities research being one of those.
