Abstract

The introductory chapter presents the background of the study and the research problem. Based on the research problem, the chapter then defines the research questions, aim and objectives of the study. The chapter briefly highlight the significance of the research as well as the scope and limitations of the study. The chapter concludes with an outline of the book.
