Zusammenfassung

Als Hauptteil der Analyse der Dehumanisierung der Kriegführung wird das humanitäre Völkerrecht untersucht. Dabei wird nach einer kurzen Einführung der Anwendungsbereich der Rechtsordnung erläutert und auf Anwendbarkeit und Offenheit für Mittel der Dehumanisierung der Kriegführung überprüft.
