Zusammenfassung

Kreativität stellt für Unternehmen einen wichtigen Erfolgsfaktor dar. Daher ist es im Rahmen einer umfassenden Personalentwicklung wichtig, die Kreativität der Mitarbeiter*innen zu fördern. Auf dem Weiterbildungsmarkt sind viele unterschiedliche Trainingskonzepte zur Förderung von Kreativität zu finden. Ein einheitlicher Ansatz existiert allerdings nicht. Im folgenden Kapitel sollen unterschiedliche Maßnahmen zur Förderung von Kreativität vorgestellt werden. Darüber hinaus werden empirische Ergebnisse in Hinblick auf die Wirksamkeit einzelner Trainingsmaßnahmen dargestellt und abschließend Beispiele für eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung in der Praxis vorgestellt.
