The paper presents the method of information extraction of physical effect description from Russian text. Physical Effect is an objective relation between two or more physical phenomenon, each of which is described appropriate physical quantity. The representation model of knowledge about physical effects based on an ontologic approach is developed. Logical and physical representation of domain ontologic model is designed. The method of physical effects extraction on the basis of semantic analysis system by AOT and creating queries to ontologic model is developed. The developed system efficiency was tested on a special documents array. Efficiency increase in comparison with existing program "IOFFE" developed by employees of CAD department of Volgograd State Technical University is demonstrated.
