For frequent cases when random perturbations alter the steady-state condition of a queueing system, the paper proposes corrections by constructing new probability distributions for the number of arrivals, interarrival time, or/and service time by minimizing the mean chi-square deviation from the corresponding steady-state probability distributions subject to given constraints represented by generalized moments or generalized mixed moments induced by random fluctuations.
