In general, the Maxwell equations in differential form $$\nabla \times H = J + \frac{{\partial D}}{{\partial t}}$$, $$\nabla \times E = - \frac{{\partial B}}{{\partial t}}$$, $$\nabla \cdot D = \rho $$, (3.1)$$\nabla \cdot B = 0$$ where H is the magnetic field intensity, J the current density, D the electric flux density, E the electric field intensity, B the magnetic field intensity, ρ is the volume charge density.
