The Cognitive Radio Ad Hoc NETwork (CRAHN) technology is a burning novel technology in the wireless communication era and it meets the requirements like self-configuring, self-healing, and robustness with low deployment cost. In this communication environment routing has vital role to establish the path from source to destination and transmit the data between them. The efficient and effective route can be formed by selecting the reliable channel for transmitting the data. In this paper, it has been established the efficient and effective route, using threshold values of TIME-ON of primary users and channel capacity which are important constraints for routing the packets.
