Zusammenfassung

Das Kapitel beschäftigt sich mit dem Begriff der „Führung“, indem dieser zunächst definiert wird. Darauf aufbauend wird auf das Konstrukt subjektiver Führungstheorien aus unterschiedlichen Blickrichtungen eingegangen. Es wird herausgearbeitet, dass subjektive Führungstheorien nicht einfach nur Meinungen sind, sondern direkte Auswirkungen auf die Wahrnehmung und Einschätzung von Führenden und schließlich auch auf das Führungshandeln haben. Zum Abschluss wird an einem Beispiel verdeutlicht, wie sich das Konstrukt der subjektiven Führungstheorien in der Praxis als Einstieg zur individuellen Führungskräfteentwicklung und/oder eines Organisationsentwicklungsprozesses im Sinne einer Führungsleitbildentwicklung nutzen lässt, um somit eine notwenige Voraussetzung für eine erfolgreiche Implementierung eines Unternehmenssystems zu schaffen.
