The potential of Augmented Reality (AR) as an effective approach to support learning has been discovered in numerous research studies and practical cases today. With its power to enhance the expressiveness of the real world and its multiple platform implementation choices, AR brings new visions in the organization of virtual and physical resources, thus providing a powerful hybrid learning environment. While there exits popular open source and commercial SDKs for AR application development, a way for more agile and domain specific implementation is required by non-professional developers as teachers. In this work, an AR framework was developed to support AR circuit construction. Core design issues such as object modeling, algorithms for circuit recognition and calculation were discussed, and the work flow was also illustrated by implementing a circuit demo with the framework.
