Abstract

In order to solve the problem of non-stationary signal analysis, a time-frequency analysis method is introduced in this paper. By comparing with several common time-frequency analysis techniques, this paper proposes a non-stationary signal time-frequency analysis based on the fractional Fourier transform (FRFT) and the Wigner-Hough transform. The simulation results indicate that the FRFT combined with Wigner-Hough transform is a useful method to perform high-resolution non-stationary signal analysis.
